| 1. Flat screen TVs only (NO BIG "BOX" TELEVISION SETS) 2. For heavy furniture please bring a helper with you to help unload. 3. NO FURNITURE OVER 10 YEARS OLD. 4. NO AGED FURNITURE OR ANTIQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 5. Furniture must be in good condition. Very limited scratches and defects will be accepted. 6. Beds may include a mattress. No Queen or King size beds. 7. Mattresses can not be sold separate from any bed. 8.
